These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of Stream Wave. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
You must provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and comply with applicable laws. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.
The service may allow guest browsing and media playback. Some features, including playlists, uploads, artist tools, and payouts, may require account registration and verification.
If you upload music, videos, artwork, or other content, you represent that you own or control the necessary rights to publish that material. You must not upload infringing, misleading, unlawful, or abusive content.
By uploading content, you grant Stream Wave a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to host, process, reproduce, stream, display, distribute, and promote your content as needed to operate and market the service.
We may review, restrict, reject, remove, or disable content at our discretion to enforce these terms, comply with legal obligations, or protect users and business operations.
Artist earnings, if enabled, are based on platform-defined rules such as valid listening or viewing activity, advertiser revenue, fraud prevention, reserves, deductions, and settlement cycles. Estimated earnings are not final until approved under the applicable payout cycle.
Payout setup may be optional at onboarding, but no withdrawal will be processed until required payout details, identity checks, and account reviews are complete.
The app may allow playback of audio and video stored on your device. Your local files remain your responsibility, and the service does not claim rights over them merely because the app reads them for playback.
We may suspend or terminate accounts, withhold access to payouts where legally permitted, and remove content if we suspect fraud, policy violations, security risks, or legal non-compliance.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
We may update features, policies, and these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
