Account Deletion

1. Delete from inside the app

If the feature is available in your release, go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

2. Delete by email

If you cannot access the app, send a request to support@streamwave.alphilnetworks.com using the subject line Account Deletion Request. Include your registered email address, phone number if applicable, and enough information to help us verify the request.

3. What may be deleted

• Profile details and account access credentials
• Saved preferences, playlists, likes, follows, and listening history linked to the account
• Uploaded content where deletion is permitted and does not conflict with legal or payment obligations

4. What may be retained

• Records required for fraud prevention, security, legal obligations, taxation, or dispute resolution
• Transaction and payout records where retention is legally required
• Backups for a limited retention period

5. Timing

We aim to review deletion requests within a reasonable time. Some data may be removed immediately, while other records may remain archived for compliance reasons.
